Christen Ganley, 42, is a brain cancer survivor whose personal health journey inspired a career in radiation therapy. After battling a brain tumor, she obtained a role as a radiation therapist and later turned to teaching. To advance her radiation therapy career, Christen enrolled online with SNHU to earn her master’s in higher education administration. While working diligently on her program, her cancer returned, but had now spread to her spine. Despite the challenges of another surgery and round of radiation, Christen persisted and completed her program in 2019.
