Iesha Eggleston, 24, went to college straight out of high school but put her education on hold after losing several loved ones. Determined to continue her education, Iesha transitioned to online learning as it better aligned with her schedule. She earned her BA in Psychology while working full-time at a senior care facility. With her degree, she hopes to continue within the healthcare field and obtain a role as a director or administrator.
