Jodiann Gleason, 51, is a mother and police dispatcher for the state’s largest city who earned two degrees at SNHU, including a Doctorate of Education in Education Leadership. Inspired by her daughter with autism, Jodi decided to pursue her doctorate to teach law enforcement how to better communicate with people with autism or other communications challenges, including people experiencing mental health challenges.
