KC Duenas, 34, completed her SNHU degree while serving active-duty at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. In 2018, the Chief Petty Officer received her bachelor’s in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development. With her degree, she hopes to counsel military children in the future and inspire other sailors to pursue their own education.
