Roland Wheat, 49, enrolled online with SNHU after serving 23 years in the U.S. Navy as a sonar technician. As he transitioned to civilian life, Roland set his sights on a career in IT and cybersecurity, earning his BS in Information Technologies to help advance his career. Roland currently serves as a U.S. Navy subcontractor at Stennis Space Center, with aspirations to secure a position in IT or cybersecurity.
