Tara Yonce is a U.S. Air Force veteran, mother and military spouse who is working toward her degree online at SNHU with a full-tuition scholarship through Operation Homefront. Tara started college right after high school but quickly knew it wasn’t the right time for her and she joined the Air Force seeking discipline and life guidance. Tara is busy volunteering, working several part-time jobs and caring for her son all while also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in anthropology with a minor in environmental sustainability. Her ultimate goal is to become an interpretive ranger for the National Park System.
